Three major problems: 1.) the pad is not 1/2" thick. 2.) the pad is simply a piece of a much larger roll of cheap carpet padding 3.) it added very little comfort to our area rug.The pad arrived in a large sealed bag. Upon unrolling it I noticed it had the "Healthier Choice" brand printed on it. I contacted the seller, they offered very little details about what set this pad apart from the product sold under the healthier choice brand linked below. Amazon and their incredible customer service shipped me a new pad as I assumed I received the incorrect one (nothing on this pad indicates the Cloud Comfort line). The second one arrived and it is identical to the first. I ordered the 1/2 thick. It does help cushion the rug but it’s not as soft as the description. The “hand print” photo they show is not a true representation of the foam. I had to measure it to make sure they sent the 1/2. I think it’s way overpriced for what you get.

I ordered a 9x12 memory foam rug pad and waited a week for it to arrive. After lugging it up 4 flights of stairs, I eagerly opened it to find that it was not in fact a memory foam rug pad at all. The product that was shipped (shown in picture) was scratchy and did not feel like it would be comfortable underneath a rug. I am very upset because this item was expensive and I was sent a much cheaper version.

I was a little worried based on some of the negative reviews, but this was the only option I could find that fit my needs. I'm so glad I bought it! Maybe they've improved since the negative reviews, but it's honestly perfect for us.It's an ideal thickness (1/2"), very cushy, and makes the rug a pleasure to walk on. We are using it in our playroom with a fairly thin (machine washable) rug, so it really needed the padding.I got a 7'6"x9'6" rug, so I got the matching size pad for underneath it. It was almost the perfect size but just a touch long on one side, so I sliced off about an inch and a half. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was super easy to cut.All in all, very happy with the purchase!

I ordered this pad last year to go under a rug that my cat was peeing on. The padding was great, as it had the dual effect of protecting my wood floor from the cat pee/Resolve carpet cleaner spray and it made our rug more comfy. The pad eventually smelled too bad, so I threw it out and ordered a replacement. The replacement is a totally different color and material, and it slides all over the place. The original pad stuck to the floor fine, but now I have a slip and fall danger in my living room. NO GOOD.

I really love this rug pad. It adds cushion to my rug which I was looking for. My rug does slide slightly with this padding but that was not my main reason for buying this. I may buy some non-skid padding and just put in tge 4 corners. I trimmed it slightly to fit my rug perfectly. It protects my laminte flooring and adds cushion. See the green under my rug on the left (peeking out) - I trimmed it.

It does give some comfort but not what I was expecting for the cost. Im not happy about the purchase but not so disappointed that Id go through the hassle of returning it.

Now I just need to get a thicker rug to make it even comfier. This saved our home--my plantar fasciitis has lasted for months and this memory foam rug pad really helped improve my ability to walk around the house.

It was a perfect fit and great cushioning.
