Excellent Spice Set
I love these spices. They are tailored for meat, vegetarian, fish and are perfect for each. I love Tagine cooking after a visit to Morroco. These spices make the end products taste so good.

Great mix of flavors, makes cooking easy and still authentic
Used it for our first attempt at chicken tajine and was very close to what we got in Marrakech Morocco. Great flavors.

Spices of the Middle East
Having been to several countries in the Middle east and eaten their foods, these spices are a must when using a Tangine or any cookware pottery type, the provide wonderful flavors of the foods they are added to !!!!!

Great spice blends for first timers!
