IS snow wolf still in business??

I just received one though their website, it worked great during last week’s snow-storm, the company is now called “NooTools LLC” and they ship from Minnesota.

The shovel cracked in half after approx 5 years of light usage, anyone else disappointed with the durability?

This is surprising to me, I'd encourage you to reach out to customer service. I used my first blade for more than 10 years before replacing it, including a season of 200 inches up in Maine! Eventually I replaced the blade, I'm on year two of the new blade, if it's made out of the same stuff as the original I expect to get several more out of it. If the replacement blade is of lesser quality I'll be disappointed as well! Again, I encourage you to reach out to CS - they've been good to me in the past.
