For 20 years I combine 1 of these with 1 from the pink box when I open my eyes in the morning. I lay there for about 20 to 30 minutes and they kick in. I can honestly say this is the only supplemwnt Ive ever taken in my life and i get the same result as the 1st time. They must do something right because while others come and go this has stayed around for a long time. Years ago GNC carried bottles of this which I cant find so I just buy the cases of 3 packs and open them up at once and make my own bottles for convenience. Occasionally Ill add a yellow pack single pill mid morning or early afternoon.
