Coho Salmon, also known as Silver Salmon is one of the most popular species of Salmon in the American Market. It is called Silver Salmon due to its silver skin. The scientific name comes from its Russian name, Kisutch. Coho Salmon can be found throughout the Northern Hemisphere in the Pacific Ocean.
