Great home made bread slicer!
Great for cutting my homemade bread that I keep refrigerated. I was very impressed with the ease of cutting and uniformity of the slices. Just what I hoped it would do!Haven't cut meats yet I'm sure it will do great after seeing how well it cut the bread. I plan on cutting my own cold cuts from roast beef or ham that I cook. Now I can have the meat thinly sliced...just the way we like it.Cleaning is easy! And parts are easily removed. So happy with this purchase!

Great for slicing bread
I mainly use this slicer for bread slicing. Performs really well, much easier than using a bread, knife, and a bread cutting board.

It’s a decent home use slicer for the money.
This is my first slicer and it does a decent job. Makes nice clean cuts for deli meats. The suction cups don’t stick too good to our quartz counter when slicing. The front lifts off the counter. The slide shield could be a little wider. It was easy to clean when done. I give it a B grade and hoping it lasts. Have only used it once so far.

Cuts perfectly
Yea! This is a great slicer. Had cooked a roast and sliced it thin for deli sandwiches. Results were perfect. Then adjusted for thicker dinner slices. Easy-peasy. Real test will be the slicing of steak to make Philly cheese steaks on the Blackstone.

Good first performance
I have used this once and it performed much better than expected for the price point. I had and eye of round roast that if put in the freezer for 2 hours before slicing for jerky. Worked amazing. I set it a little thin to start but opened it up a bit and continued. Very impressed so far.Clean up took 10 minutes and was easy. Washed everything with soap and water and then wiped down with Clorox wipes. Ready to go again 👍

Excellent slicer
Works very well. I bought this slicer because it's much cheaper to buy cold cuts, cheeses, and hot pot or Korean BBQ meats in bulk and slice at home. For the same or lower price per pound, we get a much higher quality, made with better ingredients and better flavor, plus I get to decide the thickness of the slices. The slicer is capable of slicing a 6 pound ham, a 2 pound block of cheese, and 2 loaves of sourdough bread in under 15 minutes. Our family's daily breakfast sandwiches just got a huge upgrade.I did hear the gears skipping the first time I tried to slice cheese, but I figured out not to push so hard on it so it doesn't bind up the blade. After all, it's a home slicer not a $1500 professional slicer.

Works consistently well for artisan sandwich bread
After trying others for slicing bread I use this one the most. I do not use this for meat but suspect it would be great. Used for bread only and it is pretty consistent. The serrated blade is very sharp. It is easy to clean once you figure out how to remove the slide arm and blade. It’s been very durable and came assembled as I recall. It does move around a little thus a 4 instead of 5. I just push down in it between loaves. Use on non-porous surface. Might do better in wooden surface. The base where I set the bread to start could be deeper as I have to hold it until half sliced before using the guide piece. But it does the job. The price was doable.

Pretty good
My slicer came “renewed” which I wasn’t expecting but I’ll deal with it. The slicer seems fine. It was clean and there was no damage, so oh well.It is somewhat loud but that’s okay for me.Today I sliced some turkey that was purchased from Sam’s Club. The dial was pretty hard to adjust so be ready to use some elbow grease. I thought you might need to press down to adjust it but you don’t, it’s just really sturdy which can be a good thing. Anyways, with the dial about halfway to 1 you can slice nice thin to shaved slices. It depends on how light or hard you press on the meat as you slide it across the blade. Let the the machine do the work and just hold lightly. You can’t get the smooth operation like you could out of a commercial slicer so consistency could be a struggle with meat. I worked at a Lenny’s Sub Shop when I was younger so I’m familiar with slicing things. The turkey turned out fine for me, just gonna scoop it together on sandwiches and add a few toppings.I also cut an onion on about a 4. Those came out nice so I’m sure tomato’s would be fine too.I even cut an apple on it. It struggled but did cut through. I should have cut the apple in half though or better yet by hand so I don’t break the thing. Now, the handle is somewhat odd. It’s more for when you have something small to cut like an onion. I wound up using my hand to guide or hold the meat when cutting the turkey because there was no room for the handle/guide. I put it on towards the end once I got down to a smaller piece of meat. It just sets right on top of another piece, no unscrewing anything. Not sure about bread. Personally, I would recommend getting a bread knife for that. And, I haven’t tried cheese yet but as long as it’s thawed and you go easy with it, it should be fine.Cleanup is really easy. All you need is a damp rag and about one minute. The manual clearly says to NOT use anything frozen, half thawed, or hard like bone. It’s really common sense. Also, it says not to use for more than ten minutes at a time. The power could be stronger but you could also pay a few hundred more for that with a commercial slicer. So, for me, I think it will suffice. I just hope it lasts. And, I need to figure out how to sharpen the blade eventually.P.S. - I got my turkey at Sam’s for less than $20. About $4 per pound. The amount of meat will last me a good two weeks. All I have to do is pay for bread, mayo, black olives, etc. Cheap stuff.Kroger wanted $10 per pound, not sure about Walmart. This thing will definitely save money. Just watch where you buy your meat and be easy with the thing.

Great machine 👏
I have always wanted one of these. So glad I bought it . ☺️ extremely easy to use. Caution tho the blade is beyond sharp. The size dial works great and and cuts very thin . It does a great job on meat and cheese too. Easy to clean too. Extremely happy with this purchase. Highly recommend it.

Buen producto

Loud squealing motor -UPDATED
Purchased in March 2024 and was happy with the slicer but since June the motor has developed a loud squealing noise, sounds like a bearing. Contacted the Cusimax store, sent proof of purchase etc but nothing heard back. The slicer does a good job slicing meat and bread and operation wise I am happy with the product, but the build quality is less then stellar.***After a few chaser emails I finally heard from the company who asked me to send them a video of the machine so they could hear the motor for themselves. After a couple of weeks I heard back that they were sending me a replacement machine which arrived today (they over night sent it from Amazon).I use the machine to cut chicken breast, ham and pork loin for sandwiches at 2mm thickness and it works very well; I also use the serrated blade for cutting bread as we only use home made bread, it makes cutting the loaf to store thickness easy at 14mm setting, my only complaint is sometimes it will leave lower corner hanging. So they now get 4 out 5, losing one star for initial dead air when contacting them but once in contact they were very helpful.****
