To support short messages
I was helped by this edge punch to create the mood of the message. I think it turned out wonderfully. With the thickness of the copy paper, two sheets were just right; with one sheet, it was too thin to cut and stuck in between, and with three sheets, the punch could not reach the bottom. There is a guide pattern printed on the unit for cutting, which was very helpful when I wanted to punch continuously, and I was able to connect the patterns neatly.

Makes a nice edge
It makes a nice design to the paper edge; it works better on some paper (thicker but not too thick) than on others. Avoid using thin paper as it will jam the unit. I love how it folds and locks down for easy storage and transport.
