This came in a package with every word written in another language - no instructions. Shoved in the toilet as best I could and tried wiggling it around to dislodge the clog but no luck.

it was so long and didnt fit inside my toilet or the shower that when you turned the handle nothing moved. I could of jump rope with it and it was useless.

There is not a lot to love about a drain snake, they are gross after the first use. That being said this scratched the hell out of my white ceramic toilet AND did not dislodge the mega block that was stuck in it. That is still stuck in it. I don't think its operator error because I had a friend come over and try it for me and he is a maintenance man at an apartment complex. I would say he is highly qualified at snaking toilets. I had to replace the toilet which was an eye-opening experience. Homeownership is not all its cracked up to be. One star removed because this product should be rubber or wax coated to prevent scratching. I did not remove a star because I couldn't get the mega block out - I just think it was well and truly stuck. It was blue (the mega block) in case anyone else was wondering, too.

It worked out be very budget-friendly to buy this plumbing tool. I had considered calling a plumber. That bill would have been more than $20, fer sure! The tiolet flushes again! This shipped & arrived arrived with 2 business days.
