Love them. Might be a good solution for carpal-tunnels out there- very little push necessary for writing. Flow: Flows excellent. Will do a little worse on a coarser paper, but flows like butter on a hot pan on bristols, notebook paper and so on. Drawing ability: Very good. Light, fast lines. Feel: Very little resistance to writing, and the pen itself is light as well. Write speed: Fast....!

Wow, what extraordinarily excellent writing utensils these bad boys are. I’ve tried ‘em all - random pens at hotel check in? Yup, tried it, didn’t like it. Pens on a chain at the bank teller, garbage. I was starting to think perhaps I’ll be a Pencil-Pusher my whole life, until I used one of these at a car dealership. I could feel the glee and excitement as the 0.5mm Fine Tip glided across the “Signature” line as I inked the confirmation of my 22.5% APR 84 Month loan. The pens sleek design and simple design made it a breeze to slide that baby right into my calculator pocket without the slightest idea of my misdeed going noticed by the finance manager. I instantly purchased a 12-pack on Amazon as I knew these were the ones I will use for the rest of my life. I get compliments on it everywhere I go. Recently, I was on a date and it came time to pay for the check. Thankfully, I had one of these on me and I’m pretty sure the pens quality impressed Cynthia as I offered for her to use my pen when she signed the check. She gave a look of disgust initially, but that faded back to her neutral frown the instant she realized what a fine writing utensil I was offering. TL;DR - honestly really good pens for the price. Write very well, ink lasts a while, dries instantly (for you lefty’s) and very inexpensive.

They write a fine line. It's a pen, what can you say?

As a writer and songwriter, I've been making my living with these pens for 35 years. I've tried many other pens in the hope of finding something better, but never have. The perfect combination of smooth writing but with just the right little amount of 'scratch,' the exact right size barrel, with a removable cap that I can put inside a spiral notebook with no protrusion. I hope Uniball makes them -- and never changes them -- for another 35 years.

These are awesome pens. My father bought many of these for his office when I was a young boy. I remember them as the "dad pens," because for several years, they were all he used. I loved them. When you're young, the little things make a huge difference, like how most pens have gaps in their marks. These were my favorite because they didn't have that problem when I was drawing. Now, I'm a college student, and I drive our old family car, which we've had since I was two years old. Guess which pens I found buried in the glove compartment, still working, 10-15 years later? Now that I have a job of my own working tech support on campus, it may sound silly, but picking out a pen to bring out on calls for the paperwork was a no-brainer. I didn't go with the fancy-looking gel pens Pilot manufactures, or the new Sharpie pen. I stuck with a classic: the uni-ball Roller Ball Pen. It's just as good as any of the more expensive brands. Sturdy and dependable, these pens last ages. The barrel will not fracture, unlike almost any other pen out there. They have a nice solid line that's fine enough for articulate letters, even when I have to squeeze my handwriting into the cramped blanks on the forms. And they just have a professional look to them, between the clean, black barrels and the smooth, steel clips, with the etched-in words "uni-ball" showing up if the light catches them just right. In my opinion, these pens are the best there is. It's such a shame that they've become so rare in retail stores. They are well worth the money, and once you try them, you'll agree that buying anything else more expensive is just a waste.

Good overall for delicate entries into ledgers. Smooth writing,smear resistant

Personally, I had ordered the uniball black-colored pens in one box around recently in August of 2025 and I didn't realize that each of them had been micro-sized at 0.5 mm. I guess I will have to start using each one of the 12 pens whenever I need to write by hand on my notepads from time to time anyway. Other than that, the quality of the pens are good and I highly recommend the uniball black pens in one little box for writing needs for anyone. Thank you Amazon and to the seller as well.

Been using these for years, they are my favorite style of pen. They get the job done and don't run out of ink too quickly. Amazon had them at the best price.
