Traniere sehr oft mit dem Springseil.Ist gut festzuhalten und das seil dreht sich gut.Ist wohl etwas dick und kann somit weg tuen wenn man es gegen das Bein bekommt.

Great jump rope if you can adjust length
Great jump rope with added weight for upper body and forearm workouts. BUT you need to adjust the length for proper jumping form. Shortening the rope is difficult but doable if you have the right socket wrench.6’3” and had to shorten the 10’ black rope by 8”
