I've read a lot of reviews, especially the negative ones here on Amazon but I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad that I took the chance and bought this because it definitely does its job well! I would highly recommend this product!Pros:- perfect for mattress, pillow, blanket, couch and even stuffed animals- the 3 colours light indicator is very helpful- compact and easy to operate- long cord- strong suction- good value, much cheaper than a dysonCons:- no user manual, but a vacuum is a vacuum, pretty much self explanatory- it cannot replace a regular vacuum for everyday use, doesn't work well on hardwood floor and other hard surfaces, this vacuum is specifically made for cleaning fibre- this version is made in China, not made in Japan, but it works well so no complains

Bought this one used for $56 and it “had a small cosmetic defect”, arrived in mail 24hrs later and absolutely no defect, works great for what I wanted it for (couch vacuum). Suction is good but could be better! Wouldn’t imagine spending $200 on this though as it is NOT worth that value! Maybe only around $75-$100 if that. Hope this helps!

I purchased this with the hope that it would be a handy little gadget to quickly get rid of dust and hair (human and cat) from my bedding and furniture. I was hoping I could replace the many hours (and sticky sheets) with this device but unfortunately it did not do what I needed. Like others mentioned, the light is pretty useless it doesn't seem to be reflective of much of anything. I gave it two stars because it seemingly did remove some dust but I had higher hopes for the price point.

Until you vacuum your mattress and duvet, you cant imagine how much dust there is inside. It is almost disgusting knowing that you sleep in so much dust, and you will end up using this vacuum at least once a month. There is a little flap that vibrates extremely fast, making sure all the dust is forced out of your beddings, then sucked into the vacuum. The only downside is that it is louder than a regular vacuum.

The proof of how great this vacuum is can be found in the filter after using it on a mattress, couch, or other upholstered surface. Pair this with a solid air purifier and your allergies will go way down in severity. The only flag is that the coloured lights are somewhat meaningless - you can go back and forth over the same spot and watch them change. But, again, the filter shows how hard this thing is really working and best of all, it is washable.
