Good value delicious

I’ve had more refined fennel pollen in the past that could be used like a seasoning on cooked food (sprinkled on like salt). This has a more noticeable texture and seems to have more parts of the plant in addition to the fine pollen but the flavor is great so I will use it in soup. I love making minstrone with tons of vegetables, some lightly sprouted legumes and my homemade chicken bone broth, and this flavor addition is an essential flavor layer as well.

Made Porchetta with this stuff and it was amazing. Tasted like authentic Italian Porchetta. The flavor is very mild compared to the fennel seed and it was just a over all pleasant taste.

A little pricey for a spice but it's really great with pork and chicken. I use it in all sorts of spice blends or by itself. Recently used it to make delicious smoked ribs.
