Q: How is this supposed to go on the top of the tree? The spiral is super wide - wider than the tree branch- and only 2" long.

I have ano artificial tree and folded the top branch in half for a better fit.

I bought this tree topper last year and used it on my artificial tree. I did bend one branch along with using some "stuffing" to keep it in place. It worked great.
