Lotus Europa - Colin Chapman's mid-engined masterpiece

I wish there were some assembly line photos!

Nice book on this Lotus model, I would have put in it a bit more technical details and more info on the chassis numbers etc.

I enjoyed reading this book and feel both better informed and inspired. Would recommend.

First off, I really enjoyed reading through this book and it will be a nice reference. The author recounts the history of the Europa from beginning to end and intersperses it with stories about actual owners and their cars. It also has some nice photographs of the different models and some detail pictures. What it was missing for me were detailed illustrations (or better photographs) of the chassis, suspension and overall layout of the various models. I purchased an owners and shop manual for the twin cam and it has more of the detailed information I am looking for.
