bad purchase
Worked only for 28 days. Now the battery doesn't charge and the vacuum it is no longer usable. It is always empty and never recharges. bad purchase.

It worked only for few weeks - then the suction started to wear off and was completely gone after 3 months… It’s nice and light weight vacum but it doesn’t last too much…

Not brand new
I received the box fully sealed but when I opened it, the styrofoam that held the first parts are broken in half and it seemed like someone already used the item because the manual is no longer straight. One of the smaller brush is missing a bristle. The vacuum itself worked fine but when I was trying to empty the dust canister, the filter won’t come off and it charged more than 4 hours. Clearly a defective item. Deerma is a good vacuum only if you get a brand new unit.
