I bought it loose weight and I haven't lost any, but I like how it keeps me regular. I'm actually able to have a bowel movement everyday. May not be a big deal to some but it's important to me.

Definitely assists greatly in controlling appetite.I haven't checked my weight yet since I started taking it. Going to wait a bit longer.I am not exercising at the moment however I am pretty sure thatthis is a very good way to control your weight as a precursor to getting in shape if youneed to do so.

When you look at the container, it says 1000 mg. Until you read the fine print on the back, where you find that a serving is 2 capsules to equal 1000 mg. If I had wanted 500 mg capsules, I would have ordered them. Never again from this company!

This is the second bottle I've used. I haven't lost any weight at all, but it has helped with my diabetic/blood sugar numbers.

I have been buying these for a couple years. I have always been pretty happy with them. This container came and the capsules are brown and not white as usual. No clue if that means they gave me something else, they are contaminated or they changed for formula. Very odd
