Good product for the price bracket.Tells the time/date. Walking distance and steps. Calories burned. Sleep pattern (never used it) Hart rate (inaccurate sometimes when working out). Blood Pressure (never used it)Battery life is decent 2 days max.Comes with an app which is good and easy to use.
