These capsules are easy to swallow and do not leave any aftertaste. I was very excited to receive/start taking them until I read the serve suggest and realized I need to take three capsules each day. I don't love taking pills and three is a lot. I decided these are not for me but in the time that I was taking one, I had no adverse reactions. After swallowing the capsule, it was immediately forgotten.

I was so hoping this would bring down my cholesterol numbers, l have been taking this for a good while, went to have my blood work done, and my cholesterol numbers was worse then before l started. I was so hoping it would bring it down, but instead it went higher, so disappointed in this. Did not work for me.
