Interesting book.

I love this series of books.

Tiny book. Waste of money. Some good ideas. But wouldn’t buy again.

Occasionally insightful, beautifully illustrated, but at times lacks any kind of realistic basis, resorting to pseudoscientific practices. There are better books in the series covering very similar themes, but in a less wishy washy way. I recommend the little book of happiness, which is more evidence based and helpful.
