Don't think so spigen usually makes one specific for the new tab

How many multi-angle levels does it have

It’s a tri-fold cover that doubles as a stand (when folded into a triangle). I think it’s just the one angle.

Can you still magnetize the S-pen to the top of the tablet with this on? (I don't mean putting it where you attach it to charge)

No. you can only put the pen in the charge slot. You could put a small piece of velcro on top of the tablet and pen to hold it in place. It works! Take care and be safe.
