This is a very good blend and meets what I have found to be a good balance with the green tea and the ketones. Personally I don't like blends. I don't like some one else to spice up my meal. I can do it just fine, thank you. I take 800 Green Coffee Bean extract, 600 green tea extract, 1000 Rasp. Ketones, and 6oo African Mango extract since January 2014 to date. I start all herbs at max recommendations for 6 months, then I reduce to the min. The problem with me is that I do nothing religiously. I may go a week or two without any supplements. I take a few vitamins but the bulk of my health care is herbal and amino acids. I weight 285 lbs. 01/2014 today 8/2016 I weight 230 lbs. Dose is two capsules as recommended. I took 2 with my morning tea and toast and was glad I was home; I had a bout of 'Uncontrollable waste evacuation', about 40 minutes later. Probably due to the raspberry. I now take 1 in the morning and 1 at night and have had no further surprises!

This is the second time that I have found an empty capsule in my bottle. At first I thought it was an accident but now I’m beginning to think that this is something that they do and I am not liking it. I spend enough money for this bottle that I should not have any empty capsules especially when I find it now and every delivery that I’m getting
