Why is there a difference between the heart bpm displayed on the watch face and the heart rate measurement (when pushed). which is accurate?

The heart BPM on the face is the most accurate. The one that gets pushed to the phone is the value that was last synced with the phone.

How is the gps? And the sleep tracker? I have an android

Sleep tracker is excellent. GPS yes. Works even better with android I heard. I have an iPhone.

Will it eventually support the dexcom app?

No this does not require any premium account to load in MP3s. You just need the actual MP3 music files and you will be able to load them directly to the watch through the Zepp app.
