My hair has actually stopped falling out! The hair at my part is coming back in. Overall seems stronger and is growing like crazy. This product worked for me. I do see a difference in my nails. I have always had very fragile nails my whole life, I have been trying multiple multivitamins for years. I have seen a better result on my nails since taking Biotin. I can't comment about my skin.

I have always had thin, wispy hair ever since I was a child. Since going to college it has gotten even thinner. A part of this may be due to nutritional deficiencies and also most likely too much drinking. My hair has gotten so thin to the point that my part went halfway down the back of my head. I started taking this January 30 and my what a change in my hair. I take one in the morning with my breakfast. It has only been about 6 weeks and my hair is so thick at the roots already.
