Great book, I have both editions as these are easy to follow with full colour images.

I love Lucy Watson and her book is brilliant. There are is a wide range of recipes which are all written so it is easy to follow. The pictures are beautiful and I cannot wait to make some of these meals.

This is an amazing cookbook with great vegan alternative recipes! Highly recommend it!!

Really pleased with this book :-)If you cook in any way seriously, you will know how it is...You leaf through a book and think, 'Yep, yep, yes, I'd make that. And I'd make that...'. Or not.If you buy a cookery book online, you are not afforded that luxury....So there a degree of risk involved.This book is a really solid effort and scores very well.So, if you are looking at kicking meat/dairy into touch and are intimidated at the thought; this lady seems to have made the idea somewhat more palatable, (and less intimidating) with some smashing ideas of her own.Well done Lucy!
