Honbay VGA Monitor Y Splitter Cable

I got it mainly for work to split screens and I use to split in 3 and it seems to work great.

Pro: it works just fine. Splits the monitor to two displays.Con: I am stupid and thought it would give me an extended screen. It only copy and pasted the first monitor twice.

Works great. Seems to be better quality than the ones I've purchased in the past. I use this to split video signal from my security DVR to multiple monitors.

This splitter is very poorly made, it makes use of 6 wires and only ties in one of the ground pins in the connectors, and comes with no shielding so it's easy to get interference when placing behind certain devices and image is always smeary.A big issue I have is that one of the two outputs had the blue and green lines inverted, so the picture was always wrong when connecting to that output. I sliced it open to take a look since I had no plans of returning the item, and surely enough I was able to confirm the incorrect wiring as well as poor construction quality. I'm repurposing the heads to rebuild this using proper wiring from another VGA cable I've retired, but I can't recommend this to anyone given the lack of quality control.

I now watch my games on the TV instead of my computer screen thanks to this splitter.

I bought this thinking that it would allow for dual monitor usage for work. The description is a bit misleading. All this does is allow you to have both screens be the EXACT same.

I received it earlier than expected, but it wasn't what I needed. The product works great, but the setup I was looking for, it didn't provide. I'm by no mean writing anything negative about the product, I just should've paid more attention to what I ordered. I have a special project in mind for this gadget so I'm not returning it.

Did not work for me, poor resolution. Make sure this product is compatible with the video resolution you are using before buying!
