Very easy to use if a professional programs
This is a very easy to use remote when a professional programs. Everything is automatic. Works with surround sound system, Russound System, just hit the picture and away you go. Easy to replace the battery when low and does not loose anything.My friends little girl spilled water on the top it was not working well unless I banged it. Ordered another one before it would die. Next morning everything was perfect with the old one and now I have another extra. I have three locations with these remotes so easy to use.

Not reliable!
Yes it's very easy to use but be careful! Dropping it even from chair height will permanently damage it. Have my 2nd one for 2 years and now it freezes every other day. Not reliable.
