Pleasantly surprised! This is a solid and well made little bench for the price. I’m using it as a coffee table so I can’t speak to long-term heavy use (it’s probably better more as a decor piece than for heavy daily use) but it’s perfect for what I wanted. Assembly was super simple, maybe a little fiddly to get the screws seated straight in the threaded holes but nothing bad. Legs and frame are solid wood, and upholstered top is well made with straight seams and no flaws.From box to styled in my living room under 15 minutes.

Soooo the online picture shows one wood tone color, more grey-ish and it’s more yellow in person

I love the bench seat, which I purchased in brown; however, the legs are blonde color and not the darker brown as the wood with the seat.

If you're looking for a soft, plush ottoman then keep looking. This one is rock hard. But it's sturdy, well-made, and took less than 10 minutes to unpack and assemble. If you just need something for the end of your bed or to sit on while you tie your shoes, then it should suffice. It's the size and color that we were looking for, so we are going to keep it.

This is a great bench. It looks amazing and doesn't feel cheap at all. Great value for what we paid.
