I did a work out the other day first the first time in a while and realised that I couldn't properly catch my breath even hours later. I put two squirts in water and drank it. Within an hour I was able to breath steady again. Today I ran for longer then I have in years and still had energy after. Would strongly recommend especially if you are a smoker

Trusted herb for a reason!
Mullein leaf is a wonderful herb for all respiratory ailments. Our family had a upper respiratory cold in the last few weeks and we had a rattle cough that we couldn’t kick. I ordered this, and immediately we felt movement. My daughters loved the taste in water. -!: compared it to iced tea. They drank it easily and it was great to help us improve energy and have more working coughs to kick the cold. I will definitely order again!
