JBL Quantum 100 Surround Sound Multi Platform Wired Gaming Headset - Black (Renewed)

The last one I got became weak around the headphone jack and broke there. I’m on my second pair with this one and I’ve had it for a couple years now need a new one soon because where the headphone attaches to the headband becomes weak overtime so I have tape on it. Considering how expensive alternative wireless ones are this one is excellent for the price. Another thing to note is the material around the ear wears down overtime and falls off however, it peels off instead of breaking off into flakes like other similar materials have done. This one is not so bad. The microphone works perfectly and the headphones themselves still give quality audio after years of use the structure however can be weak at certain points as described above. I would recommend there’s a cheap alternative to far more expensive ones. This cheap alternative will actually last.

Purchased as renewed at a very reasonable price. The sound quality of these is quite decent for the price point. I wouldn't go so far as to say audiophile quality, but certainly work well enough to consume some gaming. They are light and comfortable to wear. The build quality is a bit cheap, but once again, price point. The only complaints I have are the boom microphone and the super short cable. I am of the impression that the mic included with this is not the original unit. It is VERY quiet, almost doesn't pick up even when only using the stock cable directly into the PC jack. The mic not work with an XBox controller audio jack and will not work with an extension cable. Its gain is simply too low and once plugged into the (other) devices the PC will not detect it is there. The major drawback here being that I really needed the extension cable to work such that I can reach my chair with these on without concern for pulling them out of the jack or causing damage. I rated these 4 stars based on their own merit and price as a renewed product. They arrived very clean and appeared to be unused. The boom mic came in a separate ziplock bag and doesn't look like the one in the product pics. I suspect these may not have gotten used, got returned, and the mic was either damaged or missing. They are worthwhile for the price and I hope to find a mic that works better or will allow me to use it with a longer cable.

Comfortable. Durable. Sound Quality not the best, but not bad given the cost.

My old gaming headset was falling apart so I went on a search for some new one. I went through 2 cheap ones and a pair of SteelSeries which all sounds flat or muffled. I was just looking for a headset that had a good balance of lows/mids/ highs and this headset checked all the boxes. This headset will not give you skullcandy type of rumble but the lows are great for gaming and the average user. Obviously this is not for audiophiles but for a gamer/average user they are awesome. Materials are okay. Not as cheap as everyone is saying but not top tier. Mic is solid as well. you can't beat it for $20

The inly problem I have with theses is the mic falls out all the time. I use them 2 to 5 times a week for meetings. They have a mute and a volume so they are great other than the mic falling out. They cancel our the noise amazing.

Before I start, I'll preface my statements with this: my son bought his first headphones and his savings were small. So these are good enough for what he paid. If you can spare 20-30 more bucks, and buy an upgrade from this: do it. The sound is okay but feels hollow. There is very little noise cancelation of any kind. The headphones themselves feel *so* cheap, like you could break them in your hand if you wished. Again, my son didn't have a lot of money, and these *do* get the job done. It just ain't pretty, and I doubt most folks can't find more bang for a little more buck.

Great headphones. Haven't tried the mic yet but the audio is great and they're very comfortable. It doesn't completely cancel sounds from outside but it does a pretty good job, I prefer to still hear things around me

The product would have been perfect at this price if it had option to connect via Bluetooth. Otherwise for its cost, it’s perfect
