What other exercises can you do with this besides dips? And do you think it’s worth it?

I do inverted rows, incline pushups, tricep dips, head under bar tricep extensions, seated bicep curls, shoulder dips, swing through and then if that's not enough you can try them one handed. Or I you have the strength handstand push-ups , l-sits , planche holds. It is probably the best overall pieace of workout equipment I own.

Would this product support body weight rows or australian pull ups? im about 195.

I would say easily. It supports me for full body weight dips with a weight belt and I’m 225 usually with a 45lb plate on the belt. They are as sturdy as I could hope.
