I am a 29 year old disabled male who doesn't really go anywhere or do anything due to disability. I am on so much medication and can not be sure if it is the medication or just my body that caused the enlarged prostate. Maybe its due to me being of African descent or my family history as prostate cancer runs in my family. This product really reduces the urge to urinate frequently, I find myself making two to 3 trips to the bathroom a night without it and don't get my started on daytime bathroom trips. I really enjoy this product and the gases that bubble up after swallowing it are tasty too. I wish this product was not so expensive as social security does not offer me much and I feel like I am penalized for being disabled but thats another story. Excellent product, much better than cheaper versions (vitamin Shoppe) I have tried.. Works well after a few days and even increased my libido the first month. It was terrific for the past 6 months using dosage only 3/day, but had to increase to the recommended 4/day to continue working well. Highly recommend if you want to piss and sleep much better!

It’s purchased for my husband that experiencing prostate enlargement and this herbs seem to manage it.

Have to take 4 tablets per serving. Not many mg of saw palmetto which has been proven to be the best for prostate health. Will not buy it again.
