Fit my 2018 GMC Sierra 2500 duramax perfectly. Definitely increased the airflow and lets the engine open up better. Noticeable difference during moderate or harder acceleration, driving in the mountains and towing. Slight MPG increase on highway trips for me also.Not my first K&N, I should have installed it sooner based on previous experience.
