I have to be honest, I have no doubt that these deliver the garlic as intended, but in all honesty, they made me feel nauseous. I experimented to see which of my supplements was to blame & found it to be these. I've had to go back to the gel capsules. I hate giving less than good reviews, but I have to be honest.

I did get this product to help with a very stubborn pityriasis rosea and my immune system as I could not go for eating raw garlic.. I don't mind the taste but my breath was horrible so I decided to buy these instead. I'm very happy with this supplement, no bad breath, good quality and price. Chinese medicinal mushrooms are my star product but garlic did help a lot as well. I've noticed that I get warmer in my bed at night (my hands and feet are always cold in winter)..bloods circulates all over my body after taking them. My advice is to take the tablets (I take 2) at night before going to sleep, I get dizzy on day time if I take them during the day.. I think it's because garlic helps circulation and thins your blood. Good supplement to boost immune system!
