I’d say a little goes a long way. I had ordered a second bottle right away because I didn’t want to run out. My big toe had been injured and the nail was a mess. This lasted while it grew out, beautifully. So, 18 months and I have two half full bottles. Still using it, makes a huge difference fighting dry, troubled toes.

Hi Wendy, Yes, you will still find it beneficial to use Inner Strength over nail polish since it can absorb into your cuticles and part of your nail bed. For maximum efficiacy, be sure to apply in between polish sessions - like if you give your nails a breather from polish for a temporary period. They'll say thank you :) Thank you,

No this doesn't come in a sealed bottle.

I think so. It helped my dry flaky nails
