I loved these. My vitamin D was low so i decided to try these for great reviews. I felt great immediately after starting. Had more energy and symptoms were gone. Definitely recommend but i would go to the doctor beforehand and get bloodwork so they can tell you how high of a dose you need.

I have been taking this vitamin for a decade now. I take 2 pills (400 IU) and every year I got a good level of vitamin D in my blood test. Do not forget to accompany it with vitamin K-2.

I was introduced to New Chapter after I had a bad case of Lymes. I love these Vitamins..... I use the Bone Strength, D3, b12, and Daily......I feel so much better taking these.....they are better than anything I have ever taken as far as a vitamin goes

I switched over to New Chapter vitamins about a year ago, now I use nothing but. I do feel better when I use them. They seem to effect me where other vitamins did not. I feel more energy, clearer thinking and just more healthier all around. I have gone to their site and read about the "production" and mission of the company and I feel they do put out the quality product they claim. They may be a bit more expensive but their worth their purity and effect. Also if you break down the cost on some of the bottles/vitamins they really are not much more, as some of the bottles are a 2 months supply.
