These are alotttt heavier then I was expecting, first filtered I handled though.They would definitely survive a fall or 2 thoughBeen running them with a fan in the middle to filter the air around around my 2 cat boxes and they filter.They seem to work really well for this application and the around the carboxs is the freshest in the hole house.My big cat weights 23lbs so that's a lot of cat to filter.

I've only had this for a few weeks but it has done the job so far. Hopefully it will last a few cycles but time will tell.Unit was packed nice, and the pre filter cover fit on without hassle.I probably could have just got a 4 inch filter but decided to go 6 for increased airflow.I use a ac infinity 6inch inline fan and have it set around half speed and it keeps the noise to a manageable level.Next time I will get a higher powered fan and run it on even lower settings as this increases efficiency and reduces noise.

Been in use for 4 months no smell leaks, for one plant.
