It is the new or old formula?

This has 40% zinc oxide & is very effective. I cant say whether its a new formula but we've used this cream with great success for 15yrs since our kids grew up. We even had success for other than our kids' diaper rash during a diving trip in Papua (SE Asia) when another diver burned the top of his bald head really badly & was severely blistered after waiting for the dinghy to pick him up after a dive, we gave him Desitin Max Strength to apply to the top of his head after we'd disinfected the burst blisters & 3 days later he already had new skin growth. He also continued to dive with liberal application of desitin on his head & it kept the burnt area clean & protected from the salt sea water.
