THE BAD: Not happy. Received it today. When not in use, it's only 11ft-12ft. With pressure, it's 21ft-22ft, not 30ft, even though I manually pulled it to achieve maximum length. I should note, as per the description, 30ft can be reached if the water pressure is 12 Bars.THE GOOD: The item looks and feels durable compared to other cheaper brands. I like the brass fittings. It comes with all the accessories advertised.

The single instruction sheet warns that it is unsafe to drink water from this hose! So don't let children use the hose, they might drink from it and consume chemical contamination of unknown composition. Since this product apparently makes potable water non-potable, it is a hazardous product and should be used with utmost caution.More problems:At each brass fitting there is a black rubber strain relief sleeve. One of those sleeves slid down the hose during unpacking and inspecting the item before first use. There is no way to re-insert the sleeve.There is no customer support number on the 1-page instruction sheet.And there is no written warranty. So I am suspecting the hose is not very durable. Certainly the thin woven outer fabric cannot take the abuse a standard garden hose can. The main advantage of this hose is that it takes up minimal space during storage. For that benefit, you sacrifice both durability and repair-ability since you can't easily use standard repair kits from Home Despot.

Last summer I went through 2 sets of expandable garden hoses, which started leaking after a month of use, but costed a half of the HULOSAN Expandable Garden Hose price.This year I decided to upgrade to the hose with a good ratings and a Leak-proof feature advertised in the heading.Well, it lasted almost 3 months but started leaking similar to his cheaper predecessors...Lightweight expanding garden hoses are very convenient, but expand-ability brings a high possibility for hose to leak. I've used light, medium and heavy duty garden hoses for many seasons and even if they developed a leak at the fitting, they could be easily repaired, while expendable hose cannot be mended due to accordion design of the hose.Consider it a disposable item with high premium for convenience.

So far i have been using this garden hose and its the best one so far out of the many i have used before. This pipes techology is really good. It expands the pipe and increases the size of it when the water begins to run. The material of this pipe is really soft and its made up of clothish material. It works really great and I have had no issues so far. The spray nozzel is really good and has different mode of spraying, which works really great. They give you a special hook to hang it and nice little bag if you wanna wrap it and put it in there. I would definetly reccomend you to get this garden hose and its worthed for the price its selling for.

I love how small this hose become, no more ungainly hose all over the place. It is lighter than I expected and that makes it much easier to handle and move around for different watering projects. I have only used it a couple times so I don't know how it will hold up over time but I am impressed already. I highly recommend you try it!
