Nitrate free - a joy to eat!
I don’t think I’ll ever buy other bacon again. The texture and taste is lovely, even raw it ‘feels’ better. Always worried me buying bacon thinking how the hell can the date be in 2 months time? Doh! Nitrates! This bacon had a normal food date of about a week. The pleasure of eating bacon knowing it’s not a potential cause of cancer is immense! Recommend this bacon highly! If you’re wondering-just Google nitrates in bacon and you’ll see why you should buy this one!

5 slices, the odd number looses it a star
Great bacon, choose this one as it doesn’t contain nitrites. It is annoying that is has an odd number of slices though, the minimum standard should be 6.
