Cosori suggests these cups are a perfect fit with their coffee warmer. Nothing could be further from the truth! These are very light and feel cheap but that isn't the worst part. Their cup warmer requires a certain amount of weight to activate the power. A full cup of coffee will do it however once you get down to the bottom half of the cup there is no longer sufficient weight to activate the warmer. Why would they manufacture a cup meant to be paired with their coffee warmer that will not turn on once you are down to the bottom last half of your beverage? I that not the entire point of having a coffee warmer in the first place? To add insult to injury I now have to pay for return shipping of this seriously overpriced useless piece of deception. Last time I purchase anything from this supplier.

I rarely review the products I buy as most are great. This produce stood out for me. I read some other reviews and any concerns either disappeared after they used the product or the Customer Service response was spot on. I had an Ember mug for the last year and it just stopped working ($230 should give you more than a year). I have my own warmer and gave the Cosori product a try and it works great. It keeps my coffee "Hot" for as long as I need it to. After using the product for a week, I ordered the Cosori warmer (on the way) as I wanted to control the heat level. A great product that does what the Ember does at a fraction of the price.

I like this cup over ceramic cups as keeps my coffee a lot warmer. If I leave the lid on while it is on the warmer (also from amazon.ca) it is a bit too hot for me against my lips. I find them attractive and durable. It is an almost flat bottomed mug which helps keep the coffee hot. I would recommend these to a friend.

These are the only cups that we've found will keep our coffee hot on the Cosori heating plate I bought at the same time. Some have said that they're too hot to drink from but I haven't found that to be the case at all. They're light weight and wash up nicely in the dishwasher.

Have only had this for a month and the handle just snapped off at the top connection just carrying it (was near full but no additional force applied), for the price this is unacceptable... Until this it was perfect for my warmer, such a shame
