My toddlers love these cups.If you do not close the spout when not used... the pressure builds and will start to over flow out of the mouth piece.I noticed if water sits in the cups for a few hours when I open the cups they stink bad!!!! I will scrub with dawn and the smell will go away but it's just gross.Also the rubber piece does not come out of lid. So I try my best to scrub around the outside of it!

my 4yo wanted a water bottle that keeps her drink cold throughout the night and day. i can say this is great for that. especially if we put ice into it, it'll stay cold for 36-48 hours. it's easy to use for her to open. if knocked over with the straw up (or turned upside down) the straw will indeed leak water but we're kind of passed that with her being 4yo. i don't recommend this for an 18 month old though as it will be flipped and dropped and will leak each time (as tested by my 18month old lol).nice bottle overall.

Have you ever had that experience where you give your kid a really cool water bottle and they can’t open it? Then you have to mess with it every 5 seconds at the playground… But not with this product! My 3.5YO can open and close it easily. The thermos aspect keeps the cold water cold, and the art is really beautiful. It’s not 100% leakproof. You could have it open and turn it upside down, and it would leak, but if it’s closed, you’re good to go.
