I injured the back of my foot towards the end of April of 2020. Have gone to multiple doctors from physical therapy, to foot specialist to physician, physiatrist, neurologist, chiropractor, mri . Cortisone shots and urgent care. No help! At all in the medical field. I was told Achilles tendinitis, then plantar fasciitis and then neuropathy. They did blood work & that came back negative! The neurologist results came back negative. The MRI showed inflammation on the back of the foot I injured. They wanted to give me seizure meds.So I began to do research on my own and began a natural diet with fruits and green vegetables because I notice the veins on my feet were swelling. I couldn’t walk. The shoes bothered me. I bought Clark sandals and also insoles and that didn’t help ! I began to feel more burning in my feet and hands . And tingling and numbness.And could not sleep. Had to be putting my feet in cold /warm water with epsom salt and icing it ! I spoke to a friend who’s son is a doctor in Florida and told me I believe you have an injured a nerve. The pain was horrible . I went to Whole Foods bought vitamin b complex, vitamin b12, and tumeric . I also bought natural oils to help with the burning but made it worse The aleve and ibuprofen did not help . I bought Moringa at Amazon because I heard it builds up your immune system helped a little .i bought arnicare cream for the foot due to the inflammation which I applied in the back of the feet. Then I seen this product on amazon and based on the reviews and that is natural iDecided to try it . And I have to say In 3 days the pain had decrease . I began to walk better . Was able to put the Clark sandals . Has better night . No burning & no tingling. I am able to get back to normal. I believe there is healing going the natural way. This is not the only thing I have suffered with in the past. I notice that when I stick to a natural diet and take natural things the body Begins to heal . And with a lot hope , faith and prayer. Burning and tingling on my hands and feet gone .. And I went for EMG and my nerve exam came back negative . I thank God that I am in the healing process of my tendon .11/7/2020I wanted to update my review. I have to say one bottle it took with the vitamins I was taking and the natural diet. I’m back on my feet. All my test came back negative. My tendon is still healing that is a process. Found out later through the vascular dr the injury to the foot was not what caused all that burning/tingling in the feet & hand. I was told that I had vericose veins, dead veins, poor circulation/oxygen in the legs. That is the reason the inflammation & veins popping out in my feet . But thanks to this product, vitamins & natural diet I was able to get back on my feet & rid of that burning , tingling, aching/sore feet /hands . One bottle was enough for me . The product works !! I do believe this product helped with the numbness and tingling I was having in my leg and foot, which is why I purchased this to begin with, and I was happy to get it in a liquid form vs having to take a pill. I found the taste to be fine and in line with other liquid based supplements I have tried in the past, maybe even a little better tasting, though I recognize everyone's palate is different. For these reasons I gave it 5 stars.However, in my case, I believe the level of B-12 in this product was way too much for me and I developed insomnia. You will note it has 83k times (you read that right - 83 thousand) the recommended daily allowance of B-12 and I think for me, that was way too much. I did have more energy, which was great, but when I was tired and wanting to sleep I just couldn't fall asleep. So I took this for about a week before I decided to stop and just purchase plain old alpha lipoic acid with no additional supplements included, which is working fine and my sleep patterns are back to normal. Again, I recognize everyone's system is different and when my beau used this his body did not have the same reaction as mine and he did not encounter any insomnia. So I think it just depends on your body, but like I said to start, I do believe this addressed the numbness and tingling I was experiencing.
