How does this 'feel' compared compared to the M570? Specifically the way your hand drapes over the unit and the position of the ball/thumb v. the 570

I have this one and the m570, and others. I prefer the Elecom, it is more comfortable and more durable (the buttons go bad on logitech products). The only thing I like more about the m570 is the wheel position is closer to the tip of my finger, where the Elecom is under the middle segment of my finger, so I have to crook my finger a little to scroll.

I can not get the drivers to work for this mouse. Anyone have any advice?

Make sure you're running the driver installation program as an administrator. Right click the icon, then left lick "Run as Administrator" with the yellow shield, toward the top of the right click menu. Complete the installation as an administrator, and then restart your computer. I hope that helps. If you're still having trouble, follow up!
