Garnierolia, no ammonia permanent hair color with 60% oils, 10.1 ashy very light

garnier is the only I use and not damage my hair and I can keep it on my hair little longer safely specially the red shade]s and blonde shades highly recommended

I have used this same box several times.I know the color of the box but when I received this one from Amazon (normally get it locally) I was a bit suspicious of the box. The blonde hair was a different color that usual but box label marked with the right color. Also, the tube was popped open and product coming out like a shipping fail. I had an even to attend and needed a root refresh so I used it. Huge mistake!!! I wash my hair with bottled water and use no ammonia root color (only on an inch or less of my roots) to keep it strong, growing, and healthy. I? even leave the product in for less than suggested. My hair is fried now, broken, and ive lost alot after using this. I should have went with my instinct that the box was sms. I didnt. Now im going for a bob chop to grow my hair all over again, so bad!!! How do I give zero stars???
