WiltonCarded Petal 104 Leaf 352 and Flower 224 Decorating Tip Set, Silver

I ordered these nozzles despite reading average and some negative reviews. I have received them today and they are very small, so small I'll probably use them to detail my cakes rather than actually pipe a rosette or petal. All of the above didn't essentially disappoint me because I was aware these were small, I just wasn't expecting so small.The one thing that really annoyed me was the metal bar in the drop flower tip as seen in the above picture. I haven't yet used the nozzles so can't say much, but from my experience in piping anything that blocks the buttercream or freshcream usually ruins the design...I'm just hoping it isn't the case this time.Hope the review helps anyone thinking to order this set.

Bought these tips for piping raw soap frosting. They worked really well. For anyone else using them for soap I would just recommend washing them as soon as you can after piping as the raw cp soap batter could react with the tip if left on.

Trusted brand so I had no reservations about ordering. Have only used one of the three nozzles & for a first attempt I got decent results once I used the correct angle.Will probably purchase a larger version to use on a cake

It very good quality there are better out there i don’t use very often on the small side

All the tips seem fine apart from the drop flower one. Is this normal to have a metal pin in it?? I don't think it is but am hoping other reviewers can clarify. Haven't used them yet as I've got the impression this is faulty.
