Personally not a fan of the taste. I've tasted a couple protein powders to have an opinion and this is by far the lowest one. It's pretty difficult to mix. It gets very droopy and foamy in my shaker leaving residue behind when I finish. But results are sold tho. My muscles are huge now and my hair doesn't fall off as much now. As for weight loss. I can't say much about that. I'm on intermediate fasting, I eat one meal a day. I've already lost a ton of weight before buying this product. Idk if this protein powder will make a huge difference

This stuff is quite strong! Be warned because it WILL get you JACKED UP FAST. Don’t do what I did and drink it later in the evening because that’s when I take a protein drink a couple hours before bed anyways. It was delivered to me a little bit later in the evening and I was honestly just anxious to try the vanilla flavor which is amazing btw! If you like vanilla anything then you will LOVE this stuff! So I forgot about the caffeine and other fat burners in the powder and simply enjoyed the wonderful vanilla flavor. Ya 1 hour later I realized that probably wasn’t too good an idea so close to bedtime. LOL. Oh well my mistake however I’m confident that this will deliver big time thru out your day and workouts in general. I’m sure this might even qualify as a pretty good preworkout drink however it might not sit well in your stomach before a workout. But maybe it will be fine for you. Everyone is different. But you WILL be ready to hit it hard while taking this I’m sure and will looking forward to using it myself. I’m willing to bet I will buy this again but will have to wait a few weeks to decide for sure. Nevertheless; I highly recommend! Enjoy!

I usually am not a fan of protein because it feels chalky and usually has heavy artificial flavoring, but I have found a new favorite for protein powder. When combined with skim milk, I feel like I am drinking a milkshake and don't even think that its a healthier alternative. My protein powder scoop was down in the bottom of the container so I was worried I didn't get one in my shipment but found it after going treasure hunting with a fork. I do wish the prices were a little lower and I would be more inclined to purchase this again and more often but am unsure if it will work in the long term with cheaper alternatives available. I also cannot fully verify the claims for weight loss in using this protein powder but since starting it I do feel I have lost weight, although it is also along with an increase in exercise so the weight loss may be simply attributed to that fact and not the protein powder alone.

I have tried many different protein drink mixes and this is the best tasting - blends easy, does not taste like floor when drinking, does not cake up when drinking. I mix it with fruit and wife can not believe it is not a milkshake. On my buy every month list of health products that taste great and gives me the protein I need.
