Cake Lace Confectionery Lace Pre-Mixed Pearlized White 200 Grams by Claire Bowman

Haven't used as of yet but wanted to initially comment on the size of this product. For some reason I did not realize how small this product is and for the price I was expecting something a little bigger. It's about 10oz (see pic) but nonetheless I will be keeping the product and using it. I will update review with more stars after using if the outcome is good.

I had to fill the mold 3 times and it did not work . I tried following the directions and it was to thin and the lace broke when trying to get it out from the mold. I tried air drying and no success . It’s to expensive and I it was not going to be enough for my cake.

This is a great product!!! Perfect for lace molds for any dessert decoration. Being that the color is Pearlized White it can easily be colored and offers an iridescent glow to any color you use. It does not need to be refrigerated and can be stored in a cool and dark place. I like to put some cling wrap underneath the covers just as an added preservation method, but the container is perfectly fine without the cling wrap. I also have this product in the gold color.

Ithought I ordered the powdered mix, not the premixed. My bad, I should have read the fine print. The pearlised is stiffer, a bit more brrittle. I still love this stuff, it is amazing.

Container to small for price.

It's ok but a bit too yellowy. Wish it's more white.
