Pump stopped working after 6 months.
This is the second spa we have had in the past two years and both have broken within 6 months is purchase. The same E02 error occurs and despite following all of the guidance Online it still does not work. Do not waste your money . We Al have tried to purchase a new pump unit but cannot se to find anywhere that sells them online.

Haben den Pool diesen Mittwoch bei Zwergenland 2006 bestellt und am Freitag geliefert bekommen. Aufbau war kinderleicht, sind bis jetzt sehr zufrieden. Sehr empfehlenswert

Lieferprobleme durch Corona
Hiermit möchte ich meine negative Rezession berichtigen. Ich habe mit Herrn Ullmann von Willi-Markenartikel telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen. Sehr lobenswert: ich habe sofort den Chef persönlich erreicht, und ein sehr gutes Gespräch geführt. Er hat mir verständlicherweise erklärt, dass durch die Coronakrise Probleme bei der Spedition aufgetreten sind. Mir wurde sehr glaubwürdig versprochen, dass ich meinen bestellten Pool in absehbarer Zeit bekomme, und mich jederzeit wieder an Ihn wenden darf. Sehr kundenfreundliche Atmosphäre.

Pool ok, falsche Farbe geliefert.
Der gekaufte Pool hält alles was er verspricht. 3 Sterne nur, weil die bestellte Farbe nicht geliefert wurde, stattdessen mit Abstand die hässlichste die wohl für so einen Pool möglich ist. Siege Fotos

Panne pompe de filtration après juste 2 ans
Déçu par ce produit car après à peine 2 saisons, la pompe de filtration est morte/ HS.ELLE NE FAIT PLUS DE JETS, fait bcp de bruit, bruit anormal, l ecran de contrôle hs.Pompe de mauvaise qualité, comme par hasard, pdt acheté en mai 2020, et le fabricant a changé le modèle de pompe en 2021..Faut croire que je suis tombé sur le mauvais modèle.Donc il me reste un spa sans pompe de filtration, de quoi être en colère après à peine 10 mois d utilisations..
