In Pennsylvania we have some local creeks and rivers, so I bought these to go tubing with friends. This tube was great! I love the mesh bottom - it lets some water in, but also provides a little protection, and most of all keeps your butt from going too deep. Very good size for adults. A 200 lb. person fits very comfortably with extra room. Drink holders are a plus; ropes to tie tubes together are a plus. The Boston air plug tripped us up for a minute, but once we had the right adapter and figured out the process, filling the tubes with portable air pump works out fine; maybe it takes longer than you might like, but if you have the time, no issue. Deflation is a BREEZE after you arrive at destination - just open the valve and flat in seconds. That's a huge plus when you have 4 wet people, 4 tubes, and 1 Jeep. You need to get the air out quickly and you might not think of that before you start. Used mine 4 times over 2 summers. I hope it lasts 1-2 more years.

Broke after 10 mins very thin

At 6'1", and over 200 lbs, there's a number of floatation devices that just aren't made for my size. The Intex Red River Run has no problem handling it. This thing is huge! Even at 6'1", my feet don't come close to touching the water. The circle is large and spacious. The whole thing is super comfy. Oh, and the cupholder actually works and provides a tight fit so you don't need to worry about losing your drink (just don't try to fit anything larger than a can of soda). I'd highly recommend getting a cheap paddle for navigating if you're going on a lake and not an actual river or a pool. It's a little difficult to control your movement otherwise because, unless you have super long arms, you've really got to reach to touch the water. It does not hold up well to rats in the shed , but the landfill sure seems fine with it , it worked for the time we had it ,good quality
