Q: Do you have to hook the break light up?

Yes, if you want them to be brake lights too. If you have an integrated flashing brake light it will interfere with the signal and the integrated light will be over ridden. If you have a regular brake light just wire the White wire into the brake light wire. It will only work when the switch is on. The other lights will operate all the time with the remote. Q: I cant find the fuse. Where is it? I unscrewed the ends of the black cylinder where the wires cone out and there isnt a fuse but a chip.

Hi there, the fuse is in the same place as the battery, you lift the lid off and you can see multiple fuses next to the battery, and you can connect the red wire to either fuse. If you can't find the fuse, you can click"ask product question" next to the order to contact with our customer serviece, and we can send you a picture about the fuse.

Q: I do not have a 12 v plug in on my motorcycle. Is there another way to easily connect this directly to the battery?

Mine came with inline fuse, so you can wire it directly to your battery. Great lights.
